Dr. Mirza has cared for children for more than 25 years, which has continued with his own practice. He is a board certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He specializes in infants, children, and adolescents. The practice began, and has continued to grow, with the idea of putting children first.

Dr. Aslam has over 20 years of experience In Pediatrics. She is a board certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She offers our practice with the highest level of excellence to provide quality treatment for your child.

Jashica is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Carrollton Pediatrics in 2016. Jashica loves working with the pediatric population and enjoys promoting healthy lifestyles in children. Away from work, Jashica enjoys spending time with her family, and especially her nieces and nephews, who inspired her love for working with children.

Dr. Lydia Ramirez, DO, MBA, is a pediatrician with a clinical interest in preventive care and allergy management. Dr. Ramirez earned her medical degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. She believes in building a collaborative partnership with parents to ensure every child feels safe and supported during their visit.

Carrollton Pediatrics was founded in 2001 by a husband-and-wife team, Dr. Mirza and Farwa Mirza, with a shared goal of making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families in their community. What began as a small practice built from the ground up has grown over the years into a trusted pediatric home for generations of families.
From the beginning, they have been personally involved in every part of the practice, from building a dedicated team to shaping the day-to-day experience of each patient and family. Even as Carrollton Pediatrics has grown, that personal connection has remained at the heart of what they do.
More than 20 years later, they continue to be deeply involved in the practice and committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to every child who walks through our doors.
